At 130mph, you would have left the tires in the dealers parking lot. Chris at Freedom Motorsports can get you set up with a tuner and tires that are speed rated higher than our BFG's. Hope you can afford the tickets.:driver:

Not really a concern for me, but who makes 35" tries that are rated past "S" i.e., 112mph? Are they race-oriented tires, or just regular LT tires with a slightly higher rating.

BTW, I believe speed ratings are significant duration/max load/max pressure/high temperature. That's not to say they won't fail just based on RPM under much lesser conditions, even for a brief period.

?? what do you mean? That will disengage the speed limiter? I have used the T/H button to pull my trailer never used it for driving around yet. Do you hold it down for several seconds to disengage the speed limiter?

Have driven mine at these speeds and it is not set up top run like that. Tires are just one thing you have to worry about. Mine was run on stretch of long straight desert hwy in NM. Vehicle is not real happy running that fast---bottom line is tire for running 130 on the pavement are not good for running off road. Off road use 17 or 18 inch hwy run 20's in a speed rated tire and much less aggressive tread.

do you have a tuner or does the T/H button do the job?

Need the tuner. Just to bring you up to speed, the T/H button reference is an ongoing joke on FRF because of a discussion last year where someone posted a remark of their truck being faster at the drag strip in T/H mode. The phrase Tow/Haul Ass Mode was coined, and it's again as I said an ongoing joke around here kind of like stickers adding 15HP.
