1.5” spacers - new studs needed?

It’s extremely close - probably the width of a couple pieces of paper. I have aftermarket wheels in a stock width and offset. The wheels have recesses where these studs won’t make contact. If the mounting surface was flat I’d have ground my studs down.
That's good to know, looks like they came out great! I've been debating 2in vs 1.5in, I have OEM Gen 2 beadlocks and the mounting surface also has some recessed holes, I've heard people had to bore them out a bit more but we will see, going to put 1.5's on next brake job

I’d just shave the studs. It wouldn’t take much at all. It’ll look good!
