I agree, if Stellantis is the benchmark we have problems. The only thing I thank them for is the TRX, which forced Ford to produce the Raptor R. While I’m not interested in the R, it satisfied a lot of Ford customers that just have to have a V8.
Curious to see if the RHO pricing impacts the...
Am I the only one perfectly content with the 3.5 in its current state? Great blend of power and fuel efficiency, with just very few bugs after all the years of development. I don’t need another 50 horsepower or anything like that since I don’t need to drag race from light to light, and don’t...
Life is short, try the Raptor for awhile. If you don’t like it go back to a superduty with E-Venture. I traded my ‘24 Raptor for a ‘24 tremor superduty and haven’t looked back yet. Both fun rigs that fit life a little differently. See what strikes the balance for you.
I imagine life is hard being as retarded as this troll. He’s fortunate to have any year of Raptor, assuming he actually drives one. Ecoboost is a great power plant, I miss my Raptor every day. Already looking forward to getting back in one.
I mean that's a nice convenience thing I guess. All you have to do is put your hand on the drivers door handle anyways just like you would to open it if it was unlocked...
You’re the first person I’ve seen say they prefer the TRX as the daily and/or regular off-roader. Most don’t like the weight or heavy steering feel compared to the R, and the R suspension is considered superior by everyone which would lend itself to being better off road. The TRX interior is...
Yeah I don’t miss my ‘20, ‘21, or ‘23 at all compared to my ‘24. Really like everything about it, even the front end has grown to become my favorite seeing it everyday. The interior feels much more refined, and the cockpit feels dialed in. No complaints really.
Gen 3 if you insist on 37’s. There’s been many pages of problems and debate back and forth regarding 37’s on Gen 2 with no real consensus unless you spend a lot of money on suspension mods.
The seats are what set the Raptor apart from other trucks? Is that a joke?
They are nice, but not what separates the Raptor from other trucks by a long stretch…
Shock clunk and exhaust valve made the first truck undriveable?
If you had waited for TSB remedy you'd be driving a perfectly fine vehicle, and saved yourself from the following two experiences. Still sucks, but you seem to be speaking somewhat hyperbolic.
For the '24MY I don't believe they supply a card with the factory reset code. Mine didn't. The dealer had to have both keys in the truck at the same time and follow a procedure to show factory code and set new code. @FordTechOne could probably post a link the procedure faster than I could find it.
