what about the F-150 Tremor. better daily then both the Raptor and Super Duty Tremor. deck that out with a level kit, shocks and 0 offset wheels and you are good to go. just throwing that out there.
thanks for the info, only electrical test i did was with an old fuse tester. hooked it to ground and tapped the positive leg at the pump connection and got the light to turn on. i think it under voltage so it wont run the pump. there has to be a split or a separate relay somewhere between the...
the lines are not the issue (yet). i cant get the pump to run at all. i bought another pump and plugged it in and it still did not run. getting the pump to run is task number one. once i hear the pump buzzing i will move on from there. checking grounding and voltage ant the plug connection next.
My windshield pump stopped working...
a little back story: I replaced my front aux lights 2 weeks ago with some white driving and amber fog lights (diode dynamics pro) on my 13screw. awesome lights by the way. The next rain day I ran my fogs and the fuse popped on the upfitter 4 switch...
a little late to the game... but i am having the same issue on my 13screw. windshield wipers work but when i press the button in for some windshield juice, no spray and no motor pump sound.... did power test (fuse tester) at the fluid pump connection and is shows it has power, replaced 28 fuse...
time for some upgraded 3.0 adjustable shocks! im working on purchasing Fox or King 3.0's on my 13 SCREW. along with rear deavers, upper control arms and tie rods... let the fun begin! and $8k out of pocket...
Mustangs now have IRS.... full size Ford GM SUVs now have IRS. they can do it but they wont. a 4 link 9" rear end with coil overs would be the right upgrade... fingers crossed for that!
man.. I think that Raptor is totaled now... he put all the weight in the back and when he landed the second jump, i saw that bed flex down almost a foot... poor truck
love the Corsa on my 6.2L. i wish they had an option for 3.5" tubing vs. the 3" tubing. Corsa (for a daily driver) is my only option now for aftermarket systems. their tech. really works and the sound quality is amazing. MO
thanks for the info, and noted! had my dog chew my seat belt in half... same concept... i $1600 quote from dealer so took the seatbelt off the passenger side and mailed it in to Safety Restore. they swapped the webbing and mailed back. Installed, torqued down and good to go for less then $300...
My Gen 1 on 2nd perch with 17x9" 0-offset methods on 35" Mickey MTZs... i flex the hell out of the truck off road and never rubs. looks awesome and works way better then stock. wouldnt go beyond 0 offset because of rubbing and stress on the front end suspension... its a Raptor, not a Custom...
add some 0mm offset 17x9 wheels too... transforms the look and complements those Eibach springs! then a bumper, lighting, down pipe, larger inner cooler... etc.!
tailgate down, bed extender out, noodle (pool foam thing) on the roof, space it out evenly and two ratchet straps with a red flag. do it all the time on my gen 1. not a problem and roof is still in tact without dents. last haul was 1000' SQFT of vinyl siding to a job site. it works. NEVER...
Plugs for sure, 72K change for mine... made a world of difference. i'm at 87k now. for a 6.2L with 300K... wow, getting close to end of life territory. maybe add the magical high mileage sea foam in it! add it to the oil and fuel. I used it (fuel and engine oil) in our 6.2L shop truck with...
sooo the question is.... $$$$$$$$$$HOW MUCH$$$$$$$$.... they will be marked up over $100,000 for a pavement queen IMO (most Raptors are). I think I stick to the Gen 1.... I would hate to scratch a six figure truck, let alone rattle all the electronics in it.
