anyhow. nice attention to detail, there's some good ingenuity going on there despite me thinking it is 100% not necessary. good for you.

Thanks! I enjoy not just doing the minimum necessary but doing my wiring well.

That is a really nice DIY harness! I searched the connector type, and the retailer I found the 12 way connector on states its only rated at 13 amps per contact. Upfitter switches 1&2 are rated for 15 amps. None of my lights are above 13 amps, but its something to consider.

If you need more amps, you can connect from Deutsch unit to a relay. Then the deutsch pin will only see small amperage, as that wire will serve only to power the switch of the relay. Remember to use a fuse from power to relay to protect the wiring.

The aux and pass through wires are tiny. For higher amp use I would use a relay.

Aux wire sizes on my 2018 Raptor

2018 Colors with amp rating and wire gauge
Aux 1 - Green/White - 15A, 20 awg
Aux 2 - Brown/Blue - 15A, 20 awg
Aux 3 - Gray/Yellow - 10A, 20 awg
Aux 4 - Green/Yellow - 10A, 20 awg
Aux 5 - Brown/White - 5A, 22/24 awg
Aux 6 - Green/Orange - 5A, 22/24 awg
