Ok, so I got my Raptor 5 months ago and it now has 8100 miles on it. Last Monday the windshield washer stop functioning, checked fuse, all good. So made appointment, dropped it off today. Received several calls from service advisor, (believe or not) first to ask if it ever worked... Next call to say the pump works, the module works and the switch is good, but it still won't function. So they call the factory engineers to consult on the issue. (They have been working on it for a full day at this point). Now last call to inform me the engineers got back to them telling them to replace the wiper motor and see if that takes care of it, if not let them know and they will look into it further... WTH.... They have power out of the switch to the module and out of that to the washer pump, but it will not turn on. If they run a hot wire to the pump directly, it will pump fine. Guess I will find out a result tomorrow...
