I think the blue interior package includes a unique finish that includes carbon fiber that is not necassarily the same as the available standalone Carbon Fiber Package which is not available with Blue interior package.

For MY22 Power Tech (tailgate and step) and moonroof are being offered together in an "optional" Package. Pro Power Onboard is also a separate optional package. As for the carbon fiber it's hard to tell. The blue interior package says "unique door and dash appliqué finish" which I believe...

How true is the above? We are a family of 4 .. wiil roadtrips in the Raptor not be as good as the Suburban we drive now? most of the time we travel with lots of luggage, bikes, and a dog but occasionally pull a trailer when transporting furniture to or from our 2nd home/vacation rental.

and NO we typically don't travel a pc but since COVID travel has beendifferent. we often will go somewhere for a 1-2 months and work and school remotely from an Airbnb.

If your home state allows you to credit the trade value in against the purchase $$ then it should not matter where you buy. The credit is driven by where you register the vehicle. Good deal for you ..With a 70k trade the sales tax on a new Raptor should be almost nothing. I wish where I lived...
