I think u need the Blue Interior package w/ the 37 Package to get the "unique finish.." which I assume is the carbon fiber

you don't need the Blue interior package for Carbon. It's a separate item. Here is my order sheet.

I think the blue interior package includes a unique finish that includes carbon fiber that is not necassarily the same as the available standalone Carbon Fiber Package which is not available with Blue interior package.
