Def have worked hard at it and yes different with a slightly lower spring rate. Never was any big issue at all considering the number of shocks that are out there, but we are always looking to improve and are very happy with what we are putting out.
I would not suggest taking the sway bar off at all, that is not a good idea for safety reasons. We have been working hard hard over the last year with the 600lb spring and valving we currently run, and you should be very pleased with the results of these efforts. We run our truck at 26.5" in the...
I'm not sure if I am giving you the information you are after or not, but I am going to answer based on the way it was asked.
The spacer that comes with the bumpstop kit we remove when the RXT shock is installed is 1" tall. The ICON RXT pack total thickness is from 2 1/4" - 2 9/16" depending...
Nice! Let us know if any questions come up at all, you can shoot me a PM anytime if needed and I can help you out if needed. Post some photos once you get it installed.
Dylan thinks our trailer runs about 600-800lbs as it hold water and fuel in under carriage tanks along with all our stuff. The weight distribution hitch is the huge key to why we were able to make that work at the standard setting and only squat about 2".
The .75" is over the stock height. You...
We have not had any issue so far and 37's made it through the trip to TRR / Moab. We were running 37 x 12.50 Nitto's on 17 x 8.5" wheels. It is very close, and we should consider all trucks are slightly different, but that is what we know. Most of the other testing was done on 35's so we didn't...
It's separating the pack and changing out a leaf or adding a leaf in to the pack. You can take a look at the instructions on the Product page for the springs.
We towed this trailer with our springs installed at the standard setting 3000 miles (ICON > TRR 2014 > Moab, UT > ICON) with only the...
As long as the specific Deaver pack you are running is not to think then there should not be an issue. The Deaver +2 should be fine with out coming in contact, but we have not tested in house at this point. With that said......You need to have whomever performing the work cycle the suspension...
Not at all, you're good to go.
We have done multiple Raptor Runs, local testing, and have towed our '26 foot enclosed trailer or a flat bed with a vehicle on it having zero issues. We have logged well over 5-6k miles just doing this, and then on top of that standard day to day driving over the...

Sure is. We have to cut low volume movers every year and these did not make the cut. Great product, but unless we were there in person explaining and showing the value of them most thought there was no purpose. Well that or they had to experience the damage first.
The info on our website is correct, there should not be an issue with stock wheels. We did have an issue years ago with a newer factory wheel but adjustments where made.
As we did as well, we have seen the dual Rausch used also. We did the dump due to last minute prep prior to Off Road Expo and the stock exhaust we have always run being destroyed. No issue otherwise.
