Just got my truck back from the cam phaser repair. Got a CEL P04DB :banghead: Time to do some researching really tired of the dealer they had my truck for a month.

how would can i open a case with the Ford regarding this issue. 1st dealer is telling there is no noise 2nd dealer who had it for a week is telling me the noise is there on a cold start. However it goes away i am tying to explain the SSM 48445 clearly says rattle noises from top of the engine...

I have the same exact issue you have. I dropped the truck off this morning. The dealer just called me and told me that’s normal sound for the truck. :33: I know it’s BS going to the next dealer.

Where can I find the TSB for these issues.

I got an excuse today also saying since it does not have a check engine light it most likely not it. Dropped my truck off today

Maybe you are right but listen to this. A bit loud they didn't seem to be that loud when I got the truck. It honestly does not bother me as long as it's ok.

They didn't let you take it home and bring the truck when parts came in?

Pop your hood and see if you hear a knock/ticking at idle. Curious to see. Mine does and also when I drive and speed up it's getting faster knocking/ticking sound.
