Yes, there are plenty of pictures like that. I crawled through Autotrader and couldn't find what I need. I'm looking for a picture of where they meet the wiper cowl area.
Would someone mind taking a couple pictures of their OEM hood stripes and post them? Especially interested in the rear alignment and fit. I'm going to be installing mine, but I haven't been able to find good overhead pictures showing placement.
The only positive (difference) that the Rigid SAE have is that they actually have a pretty crisp cut-off on the light. Although there is no such thing as "legal" for an off-road light the cut-off line ensures you aren't throwing light above a certain horizontal point such as a flood or spot...
Aaron is spot on. Just another troll that should be banned. I'm a GEN2 guy now, I've been in a Raptor since 2011. The GEN1 vs GEN2 ribbing was fun early on and we all let each other have it. These new guys take it way too seriously. If you are in a Raptor, you are all good in my opinion...
I bought my 2014 Roush from OC Welch. They are good people. Negotiated and signed a buyers purchase order remotely in Virginia. They delivered my new truck to my office doorstep and returned with my trade. Was one of my best experiences. Good Luck!
My guess is someone traded the truck in, removed their sub and replaced it with the factory sub. AND weren't interested in removing the amps because they are running your front channels. You got a free upgrade you didn't even know about.
Trace the wiring back to the sub amp and install and...
Everything on that site is priced WAY low... There is a Mercedes AMG GT for $60K
Having said that, I wonder if they specialize in salvage vehicles? The red Viper that is listed on there was on EBAY last week. It was a flood vehicle, and disclosed as a salvage title. There was a discussion...
Congrats on your new rig. That's great you got a hookup. When I get a hookup, I tend to just keep it to myself. That IS what hookups are.
Regardless, you'll love the truck. Everyone gets a different deal, that's the beauty of car purchasing.
Not sure, post some pics of where you are hooking up the leads on the Raptor, we can look at it. I jumped a car last week with my 17 no issues. Probably just a connection issue
Sure, I don't mind. My main point here is none of the new users want to use the search on the site. We have a pretty darn good search engine and FRF has become littered with redundant posts... Whatever, not intending to challenge you, it just gets old reading the same thing over and over again...
One quick search of this forum returns multiple different threads related to this that covers every single option to do this ranging from Forscan, Trailer Connectors/Jumpers both external and internal as the OP references and modding the dash button itself.
Search is our friend this topic has...
If you joined the forum just to post this and be a hero for telling everyone something amazing this won't go as you thought... Have no idea how many times this has been discussed in all the threads related to this topic.
Happy Holidays, welcome to FRF
The look of the AU/EU/US plate is nicer with the bar. It looks like that is what the Land Cruiser is using. How is that working with a US plate? A EU/AU plate is wide...
Can you show a close up of the Land Cruiser?
When my 2014 started throwing that message the the entire hub was replaced inside the center console. Mine was done under warranty so I can't help on what it would cost.
Not sure when the last time you had work done at a body shop, but it has gotten ridiculously expensive for a quality shop. You won't find a good shop to repair a scratch or scrape and blend for $500 let alone welding, the associated body work, prep, masking, and then respray and blend.
If a...
I have a 22' Pace American enclosed bullet nose. Weighs around 3400lb with the 10K axle upgrades. I have towed it all over the place with everything from 30's hotrods, muscle cars and exotics, but I wouldn't go much heavier. The first trailer is just too big for the Raptor. Having owned 6...
Well done man. Mine arrive tomorrow, this will be the 3rd set I've installed from Jeff, but the first on the GEN 2. Looking forward to it on Saturday.
Will be wiring the same as you with each pod switched separately.
I've had this done on several of my cars, be careful, you do need to trust your installer. Even with a fine grit (finishing) 2500+ grit you can leave marks on the glass which will annoy you more than the dots. Also had installers use a mix of Elmer's type glue to make a clear past that fills in...
Was hoping they would offer something on the bezel kit. I need to order, but already have my Rigids from the last truck and not looking to upgrade to the Baja's... Decisions, Decisions!
