Heat up the coupler to soften around the sensor (heat gun works well) and it will separate. There's enough slack in the harness to move the sensor. Mines been installed since November, no issues

Look at the instructions! You put the crankcase pressure sensor in the wrong spot

The bolts that hold the turbo to the manifold like to seize in from the factory. Sometimes heat helps, sometimes it doesn't. I've had a couple snap the bolt or pull the threads out. These have all been on gen1 Ecoboost motors, haven't done a turbo on a gen2 motor yet, but it's the same setup

If you ever get the joy of tearing down one of these motors you'll find out there is no actual dipstick tube. The stick goes through the head into the pan. I follows the same path as the oil drain. Best bet is to let it sit for a while other wise you wind up catching oil as it drops back down...
