I consistently tow a tandem axle 27' snowmobile trailer with 4 sleds in it - total weight around 5k lbs with gear etc...
No issues at all and that is just about every weekend 5-8 hrs each way. Tows well. Your biggest issue will be sag in the rear. You will need a good weight distributing hitch.
Absolutely - especially if you like the beach it is well worth the trip. You can find a section where nobody else is and have the place to yourself. Just be sure to check the map to confirm its all open before you go. They have these little birds that are super rare and they nest in certain...
In the main areas you have to keep it down but when the whole beach is open, you can let it rip. I was hitting 80+. The faster you go the truck just gets better...it was pretty impressive. Also coming in and out in some areas there are some steep hills to climb and have some fun on.
Oops, Didn’t mean to post the same pic. But you can back right up and set up shop. Lots of whales, seals, even an occasional great white!

Race Point on Cape Cod is pretty cool. You need to time it right for full access but it is a great spot to take your truck on the beach. Couple of good campgrounds are close and you can BBQ right on the beach. I try to go at least once or twice per year.

I cant attest for the Ram buy backs - I work for a salvage company and we get all their buy backs. We have gotten in a few dodges. One very nice rebel in white....most had leaking issues on the dealer lots so never made it to a consumer. Interiors soaked and stink like mildew.
very happy with mine as well - late production 2018. i was also the only person to drive mine so it has always been learning from my drive habits.
another post said he had cured his by unhooking the battery, clearing the memory and starting fresh with a new relearn.
I prefer a painted metal bed as well. I put a weather tech mat down to protect the floor but I personally like the look of the clean painted inner walls of the bed. That being said - I dont think a bed liner de-values a truck as long as it is done proper. I have seen some who lined over the top...

If I were you then I would try and find a way to get the drain out. They build up moisture normally so you do need to drain then every now and then.
You could drill a hole after it is free of air and then re tap it with another drain bolt.
same reason I didnt snow check an XRS renegade this year!! hoping a new color comes this spring. I couldnt do green
an MXZ is considered a short track 129 - a renegade is 137 - which is still short by todays standards!! I strictly trail ride northern NH and Maine and the longer track helps...
I thought the same as @TripleE44 mentioned, it looks like something damaged your finish. I am thinking the wash and "wax" part is your problem on why they looked haze. Matte shouldn't be cleaned with anything using wax, wax car wash usually has carnuba beads in it. Try cleaning with a regular...
Harley makes a special matte cleaner called Denim Cleaner - it works very well. I own a black denim RG and I have found that to work better than CG stuff - the CG stuff is more like a sealer. That might help you
same here - I have only used Mobil 1 full synthetics in every vehicle I have owned. 5k intervals and never one problem. That includes 40k miles on an LS1 making 500 rwhp NA.
