I’m curious about this as well. I’m putting VR-602’s on next week. They came with splined lug nuts. I was planning on keeping six of the OEM lug nuts for the spare if needed.
It’s a great truck. Looks great IMHO. Rides nicely. Fast for nearly 3 tons. It is big - can be an issue with certain low parking decks and narrow parking spaces. If fuel economy is an issue for you this is not the right truck for you.
Mine was built 03/18. I bought it at the beginning of November. It had about 130 miles on it, but 60+ were mine from an “extended” test drive. If you like the truck and the price is right, buy it.
FWIW my 18 shifted hard at first. The transmission learns your driving style over time. I’m @2,000+ miles and it’s shifting nicely in both normal & sport modes. With an older truck you can literally reprogram it to forget old shifting profiles and relearn from scratch. Any Ford dealer should be...
