maybe a dumb question, but did you blow the lines out with air? the lines and nozzles get clogged pretty easily.
Perhaps disconnected one of the lines when you worked on it last?
While not TODAY, Just got back from Baja with ExO. Joe Mesa put this reel together. My truck is in.... a lot of it. :33:
More pics and vids to come as the fellas sort through everything.
Just got back from Baja this morning. other than a broken air fitting, a leaking rear differential, and a small crack in my fiberglass, no mechanical damage. I hammered the wrap already, so I'll need to get it redone.

The s1s are just bolted to the XLs on the pillars.
Using S1s allowed me to aim the wide lens s1s outboard, without having to worry about hood glarte, like you would if you put LP4s on the pillar mounts. ( the wide portion of the lenses on LP4s is both sides. I didn't want to light up the hood.)
the same power out of a coyote-based motor , finished and in the truck running is approximately 4 times what the built RMB motor will run me. ( no one will program the truck if I do all of the other work, and none of the shops that do the swaps will let me supply my own motor.)
I know some...
got the ol girl back from the wrap shop today. it's a burgundy/black iridescent sparkly color with silver pressed carbon on the bottom following the body lines.
I also ordered a built ecoboost. it will be good for about 1050hp to the wheels ( coupled with some "soon to be released"...
I've been using the volant intake with the powercore filter for about 2 years. It is by FAR my favorite.
It doesn't add any horsepower, but damn are those filters amazing.
Previous to using the donaldson powercore, I'd have to bring a new filter for each day of the trip.
since? I still bring...
I find that even though I look like a weirdo putting driving gloves on when I get in my truck, wearing gloves really helps with "soft hands" when off-road.
I have a couple of pairs of troy lee MX gloves that I started using after I went to 40s.
at the time, I hadn't seen anyone else even...
If the wheel/tire weight was the sole contributing factor, I probably wouldn't even be able to steer my truck. I'm at approx 125 lbs for a Raceline Avenger360M beadlock with a BFG KR3 40" tire.
The axle angle also has ZERO to do with the steering system overcorrecting.
Tie rod angle? ok...
Some Days, I would take you up on it. ;)
with regard to my truck, what once was "my money" is now in the hands of Texas Motorworks. Thankfully I still get to keep the truck.
Sure, you could do a bed rack, keep the leaf springs and just do bedside panel mounts and tail light buckets.
I was talking about cutting the frame at the rear of the cab and going full 4 link / interior cage.

Man, If the motor/trans/tcase are good, you scored!
It doesn't look like the cab took too much damage.
If it were me, I'd backhalf that thing and make it a monster.
Kartek sells 930 boots that fit the ford CVs/axles.
I carry PRP PVC/Velcro Emergency repair boots in my spares kit. I'm not keen on doing a boot swap on trail, or in a hotel parking lot because I rarely have access to a vice to do it properly.
If someone rips a boot, I'll duct tape the...

With stock downpipes and factory resonator, no drone and doesn't sound obnoxious. Disclaimer: you'll get a little bit of drone if you use a borla resonator.
I've had it on my truck for a few years...
honestly, it really isn't that abnormal. we get some excellent drivers that MOB mostly stock raptors on exo runs with zero damage/breakage.
We also get some folks in mostly stock raptors that let their egos get them in trouble, and thus, hurt their truck.
I've yet to be on a run with someone...
