maybe a dumb question, but did you blow the lines out with air? the lines and nozzles get clogged pretty easily. Perhaps disconnected one of the lines when you worked on it last?

The s1s are just bolted to the XLs on the pillars. Using S1s allowed me to aim the wide lens s1s outboard, without having to worry about hood glarte, like you would if you put LP4s on the pillar mounts. ( the wide portion of the lenses on LP4s is both sides. I didn't want to light up the hood.)
