How do bypass shocks in the rear give you more travel?

ZK - expanding on your recommendations - for the shocks: 3.0 C/O in front and 3.5 ext BP in the rear, would you run this setup on a '19/'20 and disconnect the live valve setup? You think that would ultimately be a better setup than the aftermarket Fox LV shocks that only have generic 3 position...

How do bypass shocks in the rear give you more travel?

Well that sounds like really good advice. I do want and need reliability so I better back down on my aspirations a bit and simplify my plan. Thanks once again for your help

How do bypass shocks in the rear give you more travel?

CR - I totally understand that bypass shocks don’t in and of themselves increase travel. I understand that’s the use of longer shocks, with longer travel themselves that allow for extra wheel travel. Obviously you have to change the mounting configuration to use them. I should have worded my...

How do bypass shocks in the rear give you more travel?

ZK let me ask you this. I totally get going to a 4.0 ext bypass in the rear with a bypass rack setup is gonna be the best setup. But I’ll have to use a live valve eliminator which I believe disables even the front LV function. So In the front I guess I’d just replace the stock LV coil overs with...

Am I gonna need +2 Bedsides??

hey guys I got a set of 8.5" zero offset wheels, and will be running 37x12.5 tires. Front will be lifted with Eibach coils for now. I already plan on +2/+2 front fenders - looks like I'll be going with ADV after talking to many people. I know I'll still need some firewall mods as well. How...

Any setup that can safely tow my 5500lb tractor?

Cliff that’s the setup I’m looking at. What rear springs are u using, and can I assume ur using a WDH?

How do bypass shocks in the rear give you more travel?

I'm guessing it's either the stock shocks bottom out to quickly, or they top out too quickly - or maybe a little of both? Obviously a longer shock will have more shaft travel - just wondering if the bypass setup allows more droop, or if it allows more up-travel. Is there any way to get more...

    Carbon Fiber Interior Pieces

Remix that looks good to me. I can't imagine ever breaking it. There's no way I would pay several hundred dollars to get that in real carbon fiber. Hell our hood vents from Anderson Composites are about $700 - at least that's a much larger part and more worth it.

I totally realize it’s not real CF. But it’s a couple hundred bucks compared to $3-5K

    GEN 2 E85 tune results! 180 whp+ over stock

Hey guys is your tune a flex fuel tune that will adapt to E85, Premium gas, or whatever combo of the two? In the Hellcat forums, a company called Injected Engineering does that for our Hellcats, and it sounds great. No need to change tunes to revert back to gas if you can't find E85. Somehow it...

    Powdercoating Near PHX, AZ?

You will lose efficiency if you powdercoat or paint the intercooler. Check out Thermal Dispersant coating by Techline Coatings. It only comes in black, but it sheds heat better than bare aluminum. Good stuff

Gary - how "bolt-on" were the front fenders? Any fiberglass work needed, or just drill the mounting holes and bolt 'em on? Obviously any fender will to be lightly sanded, primed, and painted, but I'm trying to find fenders that don't require glass work.

GEN 2 Camburg Mid Travel With Live Valve

ZK what would be a better setup for the rear - go with the Fox Factory aftermarket Live Valve internal bypass shocks, or get a bypass rack and put some 3.0, 3.5, or even 4.0 external bypass shocks in the back? Going this route you’d have to disconnect the whole live valve system. Would the...
