Mine were at 92K mi when I replaced them. They were also fine, no leaks. Decided to just buy new from Rockauto vs. rebuild for not that much more. Fox recommends rebuilding or replacing at 50K mi. If I were to rebuild, would have went with Forged Offroad.

Did you clean the windshield really well? Take a clay bar to it, you’d be surprised as to what comes off. That can stop the chatter.

Been running EBC slotted rotors/green stuff pads, although I’ve heard the Red Stuff is now promoted as better for a DD. Did the SDHQ stainless Kevlar Braided brake lines too. This was back in 2012, no problems whatsoever.

I’m with ninjazzed. Original owner 2010, just passed 91K miles, no issues with the fuse, truck has been to Texas, FL, upper NY state, so I don’t think long trips are the issue. I have the kit, was about to install last month, then changed my mind. Leaning towards not installing it at this point.

You’re correct about that lip. I had to mount mine at an angle to avoid hitting it when the dipstick is removed, which is not ideal. I like your bracket better, but I went with this to avoid my headers.
