LMAOO 4 months!?!?! Dealers who say that is totally BS and doesn't matter if you're a high selling Raptor dealer in these times. Wait time is probably around 7-9 months right now. Especially, when plants are idled and running at reduced capacity.
Yeah 8-10 months...I wouldn't doubt that at all. This issue will continue for the next couple of years in my opinion. You can wait for the 2023 but what do you expect the wait time will be then? I feel like the same 8-10 months. Unless you are trying to get the Raptor R which will be super...
According to the replies on here...scheduling is still active but will be for Job #2 for build week starting on March 21. Orders given a scheduled/build week before Jan 27 will be in Job #1 production still. Let's say if you got scheduled on any day before Jan 27 for a build week of Feb 18, you...
Ford is just driving ppl nuts with their ordering system right now and it sucks if this is your first time ordering. Usually, this process is bad at all. Also due to the fact of no parts/chips. I see people that have stock wheels, no CF, bedliner, and other parts taken off to get their order...
Yeah I would be pretty skeptical too if you haven't gotten a VIN yet if you ordered in Oct.
@alexhartang: I know you mentioned you had an allocated order but might want to check with ur dealer. Did they take a deposit?
I think this is an option on the 2022. If they added that by mistake...they would have removed it awhile back. They also changed the price for the 801A package from around $6,100 to $4,700.
Im guessing Fridays since it's the day after they schedule?? I just chatted with Eric at FP and he say's my order is in "internal ordering system"...whatever that means. I know it doesn't mean I'm about to get VIN.
3-4 months seemed long but now 7-9 months is the new normal. It's crazy to think that it nearly takes a year to get a car/truck built these days. Dealer's are now hoarding vehicles across the country. I see new Cadillac Escalades with 25k adm on all of them and that dealer has 8+ of them. The...
Agreed! It doesn’t matter when you order at all cuz ppl who ordered in Sept or Oct are not getting picked up and Dec orders are getting picked up. Raptor orders are manually scheduled and always have been so thats why orders are messed up
The pic i posted say’s “Job #2 Start Up Scheduling” Im assuming it says they are restarting scheduling in 3/21/21. The pic you posted, things could have changed as Ice-capades says “subject to change for scheduling” when he posts those schedules?
I don't think removing auto SS does anything anymore for scheduling at this point. I see dealer orders for platinum, king ranch, etc with auto SS and they got VIN already for 22MY.
FP say they are still working on Oct orders when I asked a month ago and they say the same thing when I asked yesterday. Ford is delivering 22MY orders placed in Nov and Dec. How does that make any sense!?!? It's soo frustrating!
8-16 weeks!?! That is a good joke! lmaoo Dealer can say whatever they want and there is no actual way to check if you had an allocation. You just gotta take your dealers word on it.
