Wow! Thanks! It's a workaround, but at this point, I care more about it being functional over the inconvenience lol.
Thanks for sharing. I'll try that next time.
Again, I only have this issue on incoming calls. I can make outgoing calls from my truck and function just fine.
David...
I have a 2013 SCREW and my issue is whenever there is an incoming call on my Cell, SYNC will show the incoming call while I'm driving and I'll press "ACCEPT", but then I would not be able to hear the caller and vice versa.
So you're saying this "issue" is easily resolved by simply waiting a...
That really is a matter of time and common knowledge.

This seems to be the overwhelming and primary reason whenever I ask anyone why they would live in California. I live in Houston, TX (born and...
What a story brother. I find it comical how nonchalant you appear to be re-telling this. That's ridiculous (not that anything surprises me these days). So how did you react to all this each time? How did you realize he was trying to steal your identity?
David
Ok, now you've clarified on the demographics a bit. The offshore/plant guys.....I'm not surprised at the amount of income they bring in. Just the nature of the occupation involving more risk and hazard. I was referring to the "helper" guys of the electricians and plumbers etc lol. I was...
Hey first off, Kudos to the Dave Ramsey reference :) We just took his FPU course and I must say we are thankful and view our family lifestyle completely differently now (in a good way). You are absolutely right about me alluding to the Dave Ramsey-ism :). It's refreshing that someone else on...
Sure, but it's not the smartest management of one's money to have a car payment equal or more than the rent/mortgage. But to each their own.

I'll admit, I've always loved and wanted a Raptor...
Hey brother, define "afford"? Not trying to be difficult here, honest question.
A $50K+ vehicle is nothing to sneeze at unless you're a professional athlete or a big whig in the private sector. My occupation provides me and my family a very adequate and comfortable living in Texas. Texas...
I agree with you. Problem is those poor society representing legislators are put into office through a "democratic" system that us voters participate in.
It is a civil duty to vote. I'd still rather someone take a side than be a speculator/bystander...that's the travesty.
And to your...
You and smurfslayer make valid points. Ultimately Law and Order is necessary. According to the Bible (God's Word), people are just inherently evil. Pride and Greed are the bane of humanity.
This may be a tad off tangent, but I'm comfortable talking about it anyway as a believer in Jesus...
A couple off the top of my head:
1) At the work parking garage this morning, a guy walked towards me as I was getting out of the truck and said "That's an awesome looking truck, I love those Raptors!" He then said that he would buy a Raptor if he didn't have to commute 110 miles roundtrip...
Thanks all for chiming in. Makes sense. After thinking about the 40 miles to empty scenario, everything seems to be consistent.
So regarding the fuel pump using the fuel to cool off, is filling up with 3-4 gallons left too low to hurt the fuel pump, thus needing a replacement sooner than...
Thanks Ruger. I will also add that yesterday happened to be the day I switched to stock tune before I took it in to the dealership for oil change and tire rotation.
Then I switched it back to performance tune in the afternoon prior to filling it up. Could that affect the discrepancy...
Sorry but what does RR mean?
I filled up because the gas light came on, but it filled up at 31.8 gallons, which is well short of the 36 capacity. I would have expected it to fill around 34 or 35 gallons.
This evening my analog needle was near the "E" (gas light came on) while the digital "gallons used" was showing 30.8 indicating I still had (in theory) 5+ gallons left.
Up until now, the digital and analog had been pretty closely aligned along the way.
So when I filled up, the amount on...
I usually wave or light flash other Raptors and more often than not it's reciprocated.
A couple of weeks ago I was on the frontage rd going about 45 or so and a Roush gen 1 rolled next to me and we waved.....then he WOT'ed away.........towards a stop light ahead.
I didn't know if he was...
Oh cool. They look pretty sharp when lit. Makes you wonder why Ford didn't go ahead and make those LED lights from the factory.
Any idea how much those LED mod lights cost?
David
Are these intended originally to be lights? I always thought they were reflectors but tonight I saw a 2009-2014 F-150 with the side mirror reflectors lit up along with the rest of the lights.
Just curious if I should get mine checked since mine don't light up.
Thanks
David
