With the stage 3 from rpg you have the option of standard springs or Heavy Duty from National Spring. Standards are stock height (+2) and HDs are a inch higher (+3)- stock block is eliminated. Deaver springs are also an option.
I would make them redo it. The wheel should be perfect. I don't let trucks leave our shop unless they are dead on straight. It drives me crazy. Dealers never care. I had a rack done 2 weeks ago and told them not to bother aligning it and I would do it. They insisted and the wheel is way off...
Rubber bushings in the stock shackle limit ur droop along with shocks but most of the time the shackle is the limiter. Rubber spring bushings are also a contributor Jack up the rear from the frame and u will be able to push the rear down usually a 1/2 to 1 in depending on the spring u are...
Make a note to bring clothes for cold weather also. It is always at least 10 to 15 degrees cooler up in coal country. Mornings and nights are pretty cold.

No prob at all- we get them from the local auto parts supplier- MOOG-K100070 Front Lower Alignment Adjustment - Caster and Camber Made By A couple companies make them though. If you go to parts store and they cant look up that part # just have them look up a 2010 f150 4wd, not a raptor
yup- just got to be careful with these stainless ones they strip real easy but they look a lot better. I have some steel ones coming to try them out- they are coated
looks great!!. Love the new easy adjust tubes from fox- similar the icon adjusters.
Make sure they clearance the knuckle by the uca/uniball. It will bind at full droop turning. In the last pic it doesnt look like its clearanced
sorry guys- been crazy busy. all parts came back from lazer cutting yesterday so we will start some assembly as soon as we can. Truck is done ready for testing but went in for some warranty work (new rack) so I hope to get out next week. Just trying to get everything ready for Havoc. Stay...
Highly recommend these!!! Vacuum lines blow off when blasting thru water. Also spindle gussets and alignment cams are recommended for sure.

These rod end boots are a good investment
swaybar with 3.0s- With icon 3.0s on the street it rides better for sure and you barely notice any change in handling. Offroad it performs better also. With fox 3.0s since they run lighter springs the body roll is much worse- not great for driving on the street but for offroad it works better
guys both icon and fox shocks are designed to limit the travel. They do this by valving zones that get really hard at the end of the shock stroke keeping them from slamming the inside of the body of the shock during full extension. This makes them a direct replacement for stock with no need...
finishing up the final changes to my raceline before sending it to powder. Cut the upper skid for air inlet for trans cooler and added some tubing to the sides. Aluminum screen will go behind the skid. Added some stuts to hold up the front facia also
make sure to be able to strap the tire in the bed. Getting it out from under the truck really sucks when its full of mud or your in the mud ect. Dont worry about a jack- lots will have them including me. I will be bringing lots of extra parts in case anyone needs anything- including me LOL
