If the idler setup is correct, there is no slip. If the tensioner hits the stop, then you will get some slip. We use the 124.7" belt for smaller pulleys, down to 3.0". Then a larger OD balancer is required, which then puts you back at the stock belt unless you go to the 2.75".
Excellent build.
We have these in stock, since these were a copy of ours. We have twin 68mm which is the ideal choice for daily driving. We also have our version of the mono blade and our super mono blade which significantly outflows this unit but may be a bit over-kill for this project.
To be very clear, we originally stated that we would not release a LT tune. But, we went out of our way to help a customer, and after 1000's of hours of testing, data, etc we decided to offer the cal and try to recoup some of the investment. Therefore, we, not MTF changedo our stance and...
DO NOT take the thermsotat out, have them turn the code off. The cooler the engine is, the more power that can be made. Putting stock stat in can raise engine temps 20-30deg F which is equal too 2 deg's in timing.
It sounds like you have a leak, if you take the SC off, check the oring. Its...
Here's a video of the latest Raptor to leave our shop. Before, 331rwhp, after 505rwhp, 8.5psi of boost, Whipple's latest dual fan stage 2 heat exchanger, stock motor, stock cats, aftermarket cat-back system!
Whippple'd Ford SVT Raptor - YouTube
Thought you guys would want to see the prototype heat exchanger with dual 11" 130 watt fans..... This option is available tomorrow, through Lethal Performance's Christmas special. Shipping in 3-4 weeks. Standard finish is gloss black. This HE is massive!! Works with Whipple and Roush SC systems.
Not going to happen. The minute you change the cat make and size, your never going to get it approved. If you can do a medium tube header with stock cats, then that is possible to pass. Changing or modifying the cats is a big no no.
Yes they will be available as a "complete" package or separate. If complete, its an upgrade which is slightly less than if separate since it replaces the standard HE and brackets. Note that delivery is roughly 3-4 weeks from Dec 10th.
Both will work with our standard tunes, stock exhaust or...
We've completed EO testing and are waiting for our EO for the standard kit. For the LT's, it has to be for offroad use only if they have long tubes. That would be tough to get passed since some use smaller cat's.
Do you want the biggest, baddest SC for your F150, F250 of Ford Raptor? Well Lethal Performance, Whipple's largest dealer is running a 1 day special. Don't settle for a little 2.3L SC making nearly 90hp less hp when you can have the incredibly efficient 2.9L SC front feed.
The new PCM is far more complicated and nearly everything is model based. The cat light off, fuel trims, etc are all predicted based off a stock model. When you change all the dynamics of this, its very difficult to properly get this to work. Unlike older PCM's like previous Lightning, Mustangs...
To note, we have officially released our long tube header tune. For anyone purchasing a SC system, make sure to fill the recal form out properly so we know what cal you have. If you do not specify, we will always default to the stock exhaust tune. Note that they require different tunes, they are...

Glad to be aboard. Just let me know if you guys have any questions :)
This is not exactly correct, might be some confusion. We have a new heat exchanger coming out with dual fans that is massive. It's 3" x 18" x 24". It also fits in our brackets so a customer can install without doing anything extra. Plug and play wiring for the fans, all the fittings/hoses to...
