Does anyone know if Whipple actually has a tune for the Long Tube Headers yet? MTF had said they did but when i spoke with Jeff at Whipple he said they have a truck running them but he didnt think they were offering the tune. If so can we send our PCM back to them and what headers did they use?

Thanks,

H

Are you using the Roush factory tune or was yours tuned by someone else? what i really want to know is what program people are using to tune their Raptors?

I'm running the truck on a tune by Stang Hi Performance. Almost 5000 miles and not one single problem. Truck runs like it was built this way from factory.

I have 2000 miles on mine now. I have the whipple tune with the kit and pulled over 460rwh. My long term fuel trims have been a little high so i am going to pull the blower off and reseal it, hopefully that will take care of it. Then i am going to do a custom tune it on the dyno which should get me over 480. Next will be about 10psi and **** injection. Cant do anything until the middle of September though.

Sounds interesting. Let me know how that 10psi of boost and methanol injection go esp if you're going to be running it with the 6.2 untouched with stock internals.

To note, we have officially released our long tube header tune. For anyone purchasing a SC system, make sure to fill the recal form out properly so we know what cal you have. If you do not specify, we will always default to the stock exhaust tune. Note that they require different tunes, they are not the same.
