I was asked by my buddy if you were going to put in some baffles to help with the sloshing of the fuel while bombing around and I couldn't remember if you said anything about that.
Depending on the terrain sometimes you have to go faster in order to allow the suspension to do it's job.

The bolts under sprung clamp broke off of Dan's rig. There didn't appear to be anymore damage than that.
Thinking about it further, I'm thinking that the four bolts may have backed out far enough to get them to break under stress. I only assume this because there were two on the other side...
Pick up the phone and call the guys at the shop for the ship date and they will be happy to answer any and all questions you have.
As for cutting, a plasma cutter would be ideal but the angle grinder is the next best thing.
Be aware that power line road will have chunks missing in unexpected places. Take it slow going up and around some of those hills. Holes big enough to swallow your truck can appear from no where.

HID lighs have a larger current draw when switched on and will settle out after a second or two. The steady current you have now would be 11.66 amps. You are spiking above 15a when turning them on.
I'd say get a 30 pack, a fifth HID, some good tunes and spend a day rewiring all five lights to...
