I run Deaver +2s. There is no need to run +3s. As for 3.0 vs 3.5 on this set up, yes bigger is better. 3.5s allow you to have 5 tube bypass which will add sooo much more control on compression and rebound not to mention the that increasing the diameter of the shock will add to the damping...

The damping power the 3.5 up front has is amazing. It was able to keep up with the longer travel and 3.5 of the rear. And watching the video again I can see that the front would go full droop at some points without making contact with the bottom of the woop and just hang there until the next...

Have you checked your CVs? That noise is usually associated with damaged CVs when truning. I don't really hear anything from the bypasses at all really.

At the end of this video I was starting to slow down and you can get some what of an idea on how big the woops were/are, as I started to buck a little bit more. I really hated slowing down. :)
