Too bad you didn't research before buying the BBK.
No one has had good results from using the BBK or any larger throttle body on a stock Raptor, even with getting a Tune.
Most just put the stock back on which is more than large enough for the stock 6.2L and try to sell the BBK.
Having said all...
They pull out really easy by hand, no special tools needed.
Just grab both fins and gently wiggle it out.
If you have the plastic door trim removal kit, use that.
That's the thing, naturally aspirated, stock engine can only pump so much.
The stock injectors will pump more fuel (with just a tune) and not even come close to maxing out the fuel pump.
Have you talked to any Tuning Vendors on this forum?
ProCharger is not Raptor friendly, too much lag for daily driving.
Lots of Raptor 6.2L engine failures with the Procharger as well, too many lean conditions.
There is lots of info on this forum about the Procharger and the Raptor.
Also Boost a Pump is not needed even at my power level with my...
You can research on this forum, there is no benefit with increasing the TB from the stock TB.
The stock TB is more than enough in size for the stock engine design.
Now if you add the slightly larger Livernois cams and heads and headers plus the Livernois Tune (needed for the cams!!!),
then a...
I never did the fuse #27 relocation; I simply changed the micro fuse to the mini 12 years ago.
The micro fuse is too narrow to properly seat in the fuse holder prongs, that's why it overheats and melts.
I know JDM likes to run the stock 195-degree thermostat, but I would at least try going to 180, it will help some when traveling at speed.
JDM doesn't lower the OEM radiator fans to jump on earlier, like the Whipple Tune on the Whipple SC kit does.
Or they may now, can't hurt to ask.
Do you know...
I would call JDM first.
What Temp thermostat are you running?
Was it doing this during the winter?
Only 93 Octane, YES?
When was the last time you added injector cleaning? And ethanol enzyme treatment?
Both should be added twice a year at minimum.
When was the last time you cleaned the MAF...
I kind of get it that they need the truck in hand since it would be a one-off Tune for them.
Sucks, all that time wasted and no results.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do moving forward.
Livernois won't do a remote tuning with your shop?
They have done it the past, even with JDM, using the SCT file format.
I'm a little confused as to why you wouldn't use the Livernois's Tune with their handheld device.
I understand about sending the truck to them,
but they have sold their kits...
You need to check the connections at the starter, even if it looks ok, remove the nut separate the wire terminals and wire brush everything with a brass or stainless-steel brush. Then get a battery terminal protection spray and spray it up.
I get the whole battery connection cleanup kit with the...

I always check part numbers from Ford Tascaparts, or any Ford Dealer parts department.
And verify with Vin#
Just a O2 sensor fault shouldn't cause the truck to go into limp mode.
Something else had to have happened.
When a battery is completely drained it will clear the predictive learned cycle in the PCM and force a new learning cycle.
It's around 50 miles for the fuel trim and up to 300 miles for a...
What is the error code number or numbers you're getting?
What year is the truck?
Any mods?
Why did you have to charge the battery?
I'm asking because, if the battery is old and/or weak, I would start with a fresh battery. Weird things happen when the battery is no longer any good.
I'm not saying...
If I would have to buy traction bars again I would definitely go with RPG!!!

When it comes to sparkplugs with a supercharger, you need to go one step colder and the gap is .30.
Stock gap calls for .40 or .44 I believe which will not work for supercharged.
I'm not sure of the OEM Motorcraft part number between stock and one step colder.
Before doing the plugs, call JDM...
Have you been buying the Class E or the Class C
The Class C do wear much faster than the E.
Plus when you air down they will last longer and have a little better traction in the rain.
It's a trade off with tires, longer lasting means less traction in the rain and dry and vice versa.
When it...
I personally wouldn't use any other tire than the OEM, BFG KO2 Class E with a speed rating of S (112 mph.)
I do 130 to 135 quite often, for 13 years never had an issue.
Granted I'm not doing that for more than a few miles at a time.
And I did do 145 once and when I felt that I had no steering...
