Put the BBK on and shortly after noticed air flowing from this small slit where the throttle body mounts on the passenger side. The slot is small and looks factory. That being said it flows air constantly. I have no codes but have noticed a slight decline in performance. Is this normal? I'm about to put a third gasket on it. Fortunately I bought several for this exact reason. 2 is one. One is none. So I'm told anyway.
Any help would be appreciated.

Too bad you didn't research before buying the BBK.
No one has had good results from using the BBK or any larger throttle body on a stock Raptor, even with getting a Tune.
Most just put the stock back on which is more than large enough for the stock 6.2L and try to sell the BBK.

Having said all that, you can get some make a gasket stuff and add it to the gaskets, might help.
