Usually a higher stall rpm allows more power to build up before locking clutches.

You can go up in size with the Supercharger pulley to reduce boost at lower rpms, you'll only lose a small amount of HP at WOT

The updated Tensioner is much better having gone through 5 Tensioners now.
I even tried the Thumper Tensioner but it ate up two alternators in a month and with the Whipple compressor needing to be removed when replacing the alternator, this became a $$$ learning curve...

It's normal, for a complete OEM stock Gen1 Raptor
The OEM radiator fans are set to go on around 210-214 and turn off around 202-206 (depending on what you use to read the temp)
If you have the AC on you will notice only one fan spinning when it's above 202-206 and both will spin around 210-214...
I hope you saved your OEM Stock Tune and hopefully HPTuner won't corrupt the file.
