You say you tried O2 spacers, did you leave them in.
Are you letting the truck idle for long periods of time to deal with the heat with the AC on?
Do you have a way to monitor real time Fuel Trims (short and long)?
I use the Torque Pro app on my Android phone.
Yeah, diagnosis is maybe three more years, which is right in line with what they told me in 2018 when I first was diagnosed, they said about 10 years.
I have to keep doing chemo every two weeks for the rest of my life.
So, my retirement is a wash.
They are allowing me to skip a month now and...
In all honesty, I've seen far worst rust outs on 2012-2014 trucks that were not in the rust belt!!!
With me coming home almost (90%) every evening and quick washing the salt/brine differently worked!
I've posted pics of underneath, I have to say Florida humidity is just as bad as the salt belt.
When I moved down here in 2021 my plan was to wire brush the light surface rust spots, but my health has failed me and I'm not gonna be able to take care of of it.
I went to a body shop here in...
Have you checked out mine?

As long as you have the correct ones....
There is a procedure to perform somewhere here on the forum that someone posted years ago.
And you don't need the TPMS tool. I don't have time today to search for it.
Corrosion and/or loose nuts at the starter terminals is a common problem.
Disconnect the battery and then unbolt the nuts and clean all the eye end terminals.
Maybe use some dialytic grease.
You would have to do what I did all winter long when it snowed in NYC.
Every day I got home I pulled out my garden hose which I can regulate hot and cold water with 3/4" water supply hose with fireman nozzle and wash underneath.
My neighbors thought I was nuts!!! LOL

@Ricoman
Yeah, Tune and Tuner device combo will cost that much.
I didn't know they switched from SCT to Tomahawk.
It's not all Raptors that are affected with this recall, did you get a letter? I forget.
You are running the Whipple Tune, it's just branded for Shelby.
Some owners were having...
You might be interested in my Whipple SC truck, take a look. Price drop to 36K and only 38,000 miles one owner
It's fully loaded and never been off-roading, many upgrades...
No they didn't and Whipple didn't either.
There are a bunch of us SC and NA that switched years ago and never looked back.
I gained .05 in mpg plus the valve ticking at startup is practically gone.
And I didn't see any difference when pouring one weight or the other into the funnel, they both...
@-Ray-
I use Mobil 1 Extended Proformance 5-W30. That's one weight up from factory recommended.
The Extended Proformance is designed for Supercharged and Turbo engines.
The 6.2L uses oil squirters to cool down the piston heads and walls, going too heavy may not be a good idea.
Are you...

The bolts are Loctite in and torqued to 79 ft-lbs., so it won't be easy to just use a wrench.
You'll need an impact gun to make life easier.
I also bought this with the new bolts. I didn't need it the first few...
