You have to remember the wheel well flares out more on the Raptor making the width from the inside of the wheel well to the outside of the wheel well wider. The oem f150 wheel liners won't cover that extra width.

The reason the normal F150 supercab can have a 36 gallon tank is because the wheel base is 145" with a 6.5 foot bed. The raptor supercab has a 5.5ft bed and a 134" wheel base, so I believe a 36 gallon tank won't fit.
