I want the ability to go hit the trail anytime. that means if I get stuck, how do I get out. I'm cautious and always try and have friends along but if I'm out with a jeep or another smaller truck, they are not going to pull me out with a tow strap. Get the winch!

Greg, You were the exception, hence the new name "Squatting Dog". I don't think you actually left the trail, you were more like a snow plow. Just not very effective pushing the snow with the spare tire under the back of your truck.
