I just put the Fox 3.0's on mine and the manual recommends waxing them every 6 months. Good clean up and a wax would help reduce oxidation and look nicer.

Yes, i've done a ceramic sealant, just posted a 1 year after photo in my "White raptor Luv" thread in this forum. Did a cut/polish detail, and applied the sealant. Highly recommend, It's been much easier to clean the truck, i've just washed/dried for the last year, and my truck is parked outside.

you guys ever try waxing your windows after a really good clean? It helps.

I ended up having to polish out most of them on my truck, clay didn't get them off. If you haven't, I would recommend doing a full polish and putting a good sealant on your truck. Makes it much easier to clean. This nano resin goes on so easy, after the prep ;)

They really are. I had someone tell me they're unburned jet fuel?! maybe, but whatever they are they suck to get off. I just got that fallout remover I mentioned above. will try it out. Here's a shot after a wash/dry last week. Very impressed with that sealant - It's been on for about a year!!

I saw a post somewhere - a guy took the same upfitter swwitch assembly and put it on the dash in the storage slot facing out. it looked pretty factory.

The first link looks like the mods a raptor would want. Fox 3.0, wheels/tires ect. check it out and drive it, and check the maintenance log... If you know a good tuner you can also have them scan it for any codes or recent changes to the PCM.

That's a good point. I checked it the last few days on guage mode in the pod - trans temp ranges from 195 - 203 when driving.

I've used this Karchner for 4 years, it works great. just enough pressure to get after it but not damage anything. It's Only on when you're on the trigger. Plastic wand so you dont have to worry about bumping anything with it...

I'd like to try that cleaner. Do you use it with Clay or spray/wipe. On My truck - the polymer sealant is still doing it's job, i'm very impressed with it's longevity. My truck has been Nasty all winter, outside all the time. still washes off and looks great. Starting to see some...

so far hard high speed driving has almost got my temp to half way on the gauge, almost... will see how it does in the summer. I'm glad I put in the bigger Rad. Still love driving it more than B4. (obviously) and the sound :)

OK, a few weeks of driving and I gotta say I love this mod. you guys know the Raptor drives really good stock, and now it's just fantastic. So worth it, and it's not a cheap upgrade. Drive-ability improved quite a bit since rebirth as the computer worked it's tables. Shifting is smooth...
