2017 second owner with 46k miles. Nothing besides the random TSB stuff when it goes in for an oil change. Phaser reflash, door locks freezing, tailgate wire next time. The door locks were annoying and I had a leaky rain sensor replaced with a new leaky rain sensor under warranty. Nothing to cry...
This was the first vehicle I’ve ever owned that I put oem tires on when the first set was done. I’m not mad about it at all. They work really well for me.
Was it warmed up? The 10spd is a cranky beast when cold. And honestly not the smoothest shifting lump even when it’s warm. Mine is really hard in and out of some gears under some conditions.
I’ve done this twice, once as the buyer/trader and once as the secondary buyer. If it’s a good deal for the seller it can help it be a good deal for the buyer.
I get 15 daily, pretty much no highway. I’ve seen 20 or near it on a road trip if you hold around 65-70. 75 drops you to like 18. All on 93 with a Cobb Stg 1 tune
Swaybar is as close to a hammer as a car part could be. Endlinks once in a while maybe and bushings once or twice through the life of the vehicle. Unless you’re in a hard accident just pop some new stock ones on and get on with your life.
The recall was to reprogram the PCM. It would extend the warranty for the phaser issue if it comes up. If a truck crosses 50k w/o the issue happening, it’s not a guarantee that it definitely will occur. Not all trucks suffer from this problem. Mines a 2017 with almost 44k and never made a peep.
