Howdy all.
So I have had my Lightning Blue 2018 SCREW / 802A / Tec pkg (I think March 02, 2018 build date, but not sure) for about a month. In that time I have put 2800 miles on it, about 400 of them off road.
I really meant to change my break-in oil at about 1200-1500 miles, but I have had so much fun with the truck I procrastinated a bit. But today I had the time and one of the grandsons bugging me to look under the truck, so I decided today is the day.
I put it up on stands and took off the two access plates, the one for the oil filter and the one for the oil drain. I have watched a few videos and seen pictures here on the forum, so I was ready to pull the funny looking yellow plastic drain plug.
But, I do not have a plastic drain pan or a plastic drain plug. I have an aluminium pan and a 15 mm drain plug.
I am somewhat confused, have I been looking at the wrong threads / videos? Are the plastic bits only on the regular 3.5 and not the HO model in the Raptor?
