Installed 37's on Gen3 35 Raptor - no issues.

I just did like ktrent, but with the FP2 from FP Forged. 37 inch KO2s with 17 x 9 with 12 offset. Stock suspension.

37 inch spare fits without issue.

Never seen tpms indicate the same pressure on all four tires before. EVER.

Another 37s on a 35 truck with zero issues. Couldn’t be happier with the way it drives. Maybe the lighter FP Forged wheels but I swear it just seems lighter on its feet. I am still on stock suspension and have had zero rubbing with some mild off road driving so far. Did go with a 17x9 +12 offset so that helped a lot. Spare fits no problem. The ideal of moving the winch location back to pull the tire up and back has me thinking, so the next time I have the truck on the lift will check into how tough that would be. Only thing left to make it perfect is fix the speedometer. Thinking about going the Cobb route. Just hate to send my cpu off but it appears they have great turn around. So sticking to 37” ko2 tires……will a 0 offset clear? +6 the limit? +12? I will never jump this truck or beat on it.

I have a 37 so I am guessing a little here. But 37 KO2's should fit with any of those offsets. The Gen3's have a lot of room in the wheel wells. Are you leveled via collar or springs? If so even better for clearance and it will be no issue especially if you don't jump or fully compress up into the fenders. +6 and +12 will clear for sure, 00 offset brings the fender flares into play during compression. Someone here will have the exact set up you are asking about.

I would say the wheel itself is even with the fender flare. The +12 in a 9" wheel would be very close to a +6 in a 8.5" wheel and the 9" wide pulls the tire in a little more. I was dead set on 8.5 00 offsets but after getting these I am super happy. Drives as good as stock also. Zero rubbing...

37s ride so crazy smooth. Super happy I moved up to 37s.
