Got my custom Zen Carbon steering wheel installed this morning. Beautiful work by Zen. I did the heated version and it works great, maybe better than my original wheel.

I ordered it Nov 10th and it arrived Jan 19, so right at 10 weeks. I think he mentioned moving to a different building somewhere during that time so it was probably a few weeks longer than normal.

Got mine after four months of waiting, installed it yesterday, no problems. The quality is excellent, worth the wait.
