Will a dealer replace a slightly bent knuckle under warranty? Have less than 12k miles. Or do they consider that abuse? Or is it one of those, it depends...

You could try to get it replaced under warranty but I doubt they will. The dealer would have to get creative with how its submitted, which most dealers won't hang their neck out like that unless you're a REALLY good customer or know someone.

Is the right lower control arm completely pulled in towards the chassis? At this point it needs to be made sure the camber really can't be corrected and its just not a botch alignment job. You have to spend some time to get these trucks dialed in right; time that maybe the alignment shop didn't want to spend...

Here are some pictures. Before Raptoberfest I marked the CAM with the orange line. I drove home (600miles) and the steering wheel was straight and it never pulled. The one the shows the CAM of how it is now and you can see how much it was adjusted. Now crooked wheel and pulls hard to the left.

If the bottom pic is how its adjusted now after the alignment, then yeah the arm is pulled all the way in and the knuckle is probably bent.

Just purchased a used set with Outlaw gussets, shipping today. Guess if that doesn't fix it, then most likely the next possibility to look at is a bent frame?

Either uca or frame but I bet the knuckle is bent and the frame is fine.

I have a new 14' with 2,700 miles on it. I had the local dealer move the front shocks to the middle perch and align. (Which they did not do right) I have been noticing when I make a (usually) left turn, I hear a pop. It feels like it is coming from the passenger front. I had it aligned again on Monday from a shop that does Raptor's frequently and added the camber/castor kit. Mechanic said he looked all over and everything was tight. Can someone tell me what this pop might be?

Thank you Pirate and everyone who has contributed to this thread. I went to mid perch and have been driving it for a little while. Thought i better have alignment checked after doing that and banging a little bit offroad. Everything was good except the toe, so that was adjusted.

Currently at -.4, -.2 camber
3.9, 4.4 caster
1/16, 1/16 toe
thrust angle .19

Ill wear these tires out and put on the cam alignment kits at that time.
