You cant tow with a Raptor

I don't think the receiver hitch is designed for more than 800 lb tongue weight with weight distribution. I wouldn't go over that limit for safety concerns.

I got an adjustable hitch/ball combo and it works great. I have a three place enclosed and the truck barely saggs at all. Looks like your drop down may be the issue.

You can tow all you want, I tow a small toy hauler that pushes up near the limit and it does great. Get a weight distributing hitch, which will come with a height adjustable receiver, and once it is set you should be fine.
I have Deaver +3s HD and Blue Ox WDH and it does great with a couple of inches of sag at the hitch ball after fully loaded.
The hitches on these trucks are the same as the standard F-150, rated for 13,200 pounds with a 1320 lb tongue weight, it is the softer suspension that affects the ability of the Raptor to tow more.
