Better safe than sorry!

Lots going on in the background. Working on creating the routes with google earth. I have day 1 roughed out but I want to look it over a while yet. Looks like 277 miles for day 1.

Designs n Signs is working on our placards. Once we get those ready, I'll probably use that design for our t-shirts that I'll have made locally.

And we have one sponsor who is working on something for each truck. Still trying to come up with something different and/or useful. Who knows what it might end up being lol.

Only 4 slots left! Get 'em while you can!

I just punched my route into google maps to get out there and back. 52 hours of road (nominal) and 3278 miles round trip not including dirt miles. I really cannot understand how my truck already has 15.5k on the odo :ROFLJest:

Really looking forward to this though. Now if only Freedom would ship my dead pedal so my left leg won't ache when I get there.

I still have to install mine. I'll get it done one of these days.

That is quite the trip out! I'm just hoping I can make it a great trip for all!! Air out our Raptors a little, meet some new friends and see some great sights!

Is anybody good at making out a trail on Google Maps or Google Earth? I've just been starting to see how to do that but having trouble figuring out how to create a path that follows the roads. Creating the way points seem simple enough but how do you create an actual route that can be saved as say a .kmz file or a file that I could email the RDRR participants so they can see the route in their gps? Links to step by step instructions anyone??

PM me and I can help with the map if you still need it.
