I don't see a difference in the picture of them both.

I will bet that even though it has different part numbers, it will fit right on a 6.2. The headers will be different, but i bet the y pipe back is the same. The 4.6, 5.4, and 6.2 should all use the same exhaust mounts on the frame.

The only difference from 5.4 to 6.2 is the diameter of the pipe from the flange to the muffler. I have some pics in a thread ill look for it - http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f23/flowmaster-super-44-a-151/

5.4 is 3" before the flange then drops to 2.75" before the muffler

6.2 is 3" all the way

This system will work for both it would just be a matter of slipping the muffler onto(5.4) or into(6.2) the pipe. Or you could use a reducer.
