WTB: Jack, powertank, rotopax and others

Looking to get settled for my trip in August,
- need a jack (harbor freight or pro eagle)
- power tank setup
- rotopax fuel (2 or 4 gallon)
- Garmin Inreach
- Will add to list once I get it settled.
