Speed holes duh!

I'm trying to see the point of the 6 random holes in that hood of the "tree stumped truck", the one has a cover popped out of it.... Any ideas?

Those are hood latches. I think they are called AeroCatch Aerodynamic panel fasteners from Aerocatch

More speed. iam guessing it comes off one piece and doesn't use the hood hinge and the middle ones are just for looks

That's not really a Raptor. It was built by Stewarts' raceworks. Started with an F150 cab. Tube Chassis, etc... It uses those hood latches because it doesn't have any sort of stock hood mechanism.
