So I was quoted 125 for the bumper, and 25 per fender flare to wrap in a matte black.... what do you guys think? Is this a good deal? I'm waiting for an estimate on how much material he thinks I will need before I can tell you a total cost.

I've heard wrapping the fenders are a complete PITA. I wanted to have them done here but all the shops declined the job.

I would just line-x my entire front grill lower front bumper fender flares and rear bumper if I knew it wouldn't look like ass... at least with wrapping its not permanent.

Wrapped my fenders, that's a good deal given the cost of the material used.

Ideally you want to remove the flares. We were unsure about the match, so just did a test run and applied vinyl with fenders mounted. Wound up keeping it and has actually held up well. I'm confused as to why the shop would refuse to do it, plenty of harder place to wrap than this...

I would jump on that, seems low. I was advised not to wrap flares if they may see some abuse or use.j

looking back now, i'm pretty sure we had $100 into the flare vinyl materials alone.

The sides of my truck look like freddy kreuger handwashed it, pinstriping galore on paint and flares. I'd prefer the vinyl took the abuse, but it's likley they will not buff out on the vinyl as they do on the paint. I'd say time/$ are same for buff out, vs re-wraping them.
