Not sure if my supplemental manual is the same revision as other M/Y but on my 2020 SCREW the "A" and "B" locations are wrong. Color convention was correct.

Yup, my 2020 was opposite of supplemental, and like you said, color coding was correct to switch number, at least they got that part right.

Just wired up my light bar on my 2019.

Aux 1 is green and white and seems to be the thickest wire. Just gotta tug the upfitter wires gently and all 6 will come out.

Feedback on my 2020 (purchased in July). All wire colors matched and the powered ones were on the inside and higher.

I hate to say this, but the switch colors are printed in the manual.
Yes, but folks are saying their's do not match the manual. I was saying turns out my were spot on to the manual.

Basically do not blindly go and wire things up with out verify voltage through the switch you are looking to use.

There's no additional fuse box involved when using a pass through wire. Once you splice the pass through wire to the corresponding colored aux wire and find the wire in the bundle under the passenger side, it's hot (switched) and can be wired to your accessory inside the cab (with appropriate grounding).
How is everyone doing grounding for say, fogs?
