Not to my knowledge. The chip repair relies on sucking the air out of the site, and the resultant vacuum draws the repair substance into the fracture. I don't think there is a way to suck the air out of a crack.
Windshield crack repairs are rarely up to our expectations. Chip repairs out of the line of sight are usually acceptable. Most insurance companies waive the deductible and pay 100%. Keep up with the rock ships. Wyoming roads are covered with gravel so the wind doesn’t blow it away!
I think that top corner looks like a good place for an American flag sticker. My snow plow truck had a Rolling Stones tongue sticker on the bottom for a few years.
