It’s probably not the window itself, it’s the hard plastic coated power cord. When the window is open, the cord rolls up between the glass which allows it to vibrate against the glass. I folded down my rear seat and pulled the cord up out of its track with the slider closed. Then I wrapped it in Tessa tape, and put it back into the track. It stopped all of the noises coming from that slider window.
Thanks for the tip. I have the Ford SIB for it. There is a kit the dealer installs to stop it. You get some thicker rubber gaskets AND it also says to tape that wire up in tesa tape. Its nice to know the tape alone might work vs having to let dealer look at it. I will do mine and see if it stops. Thanks for posting this!

Here is the official TSB for it.

It seems the channel the rear window glides in, is the source of my rattle. That channel sits into another channel and appears to vibrate off each other. Looking at the TSB, the blue wire/rubber tube thing appears to act as a damper for that vibration. There is slack between the two channels. Putting something between the two channels fixed mine.

I also used a 50hrts bass tone (spotify). Crank it up to 20 and pull down your passenger seat. Roll the rear window open and watch the track it moves along. That track is recessed into another track channel. If you push on the glass (when open) you will see the channel flex. Holding the window still solves the rattle. Using something to act as a spacer fixed it for me. I’m at work so I used a business card I clipped a piece off for now until I can find something better to use from home or just have dealer fix. Works for now though!

Mine does this too sometimes.

This one is far more annoying. I can't use my sunroof at all. Well, I can if I open the rear window too. Then it doesnt rattle. But 55MPH+ with sunroof only open or cracked, vibrates my B pillar like that. Super annoying!

What’s the fix for B pillar?

My 23 doesn’t rattle from the back window, my 2022 did though. Super annoying

Not sure. Ive seen some posts on F150 forum saying there is a plastic plate covering on the upper B pillar area that could be the cause. Im just not sure I want to pull mine apart or let the dealer handle it.

Seen here. 4b2711a11_eaba56785fe8b6a5fbf6010d1bfdc670072d9416.jpg

Next time I test my sunroof rattle. I will press down on the seat belt height adjustment button and see if the rattle stops. That button appears to be part of that big plate so well see what happens.

Mine will make the noise in your video occasionally on the highway at 75-80mph with all the windows shut. More often, it makes a much quieter clicking or rattling noise from the same area. It’s around the B pillar but to me it sounds like it’s coming from the B pillar section of the door, specifically the rubber seals around the window, not the B pillar on the truck/interior.
