Anyone know what the factory light transmittance value is for the factory front side windows? and side rear windows?

I've heard that even vehicles that appear to have no tint (like the Raptor front windows) still only have an LTV of 80%. A 35% tint on that gives an LTV of 28% which is legal in my state (WY).

How 'bout the rear windows? Same 28% LTV applies here. So kinda need to know what the stock windows are.

Any recommended products or sources?

Thanks

I was told it is around 17% by the guy that did mine so he put in 15% on my I think it matches really well.

I kept my rear windows stock. I just had the state legal tint put on my front windows. It matches the rear. Nobody can see in, especially when the sun hits it.

I used to have 5% (aka "Limo Tint") on top of factory tint in my Land Cruiser back in the day.... You could barely see inside the truck with a flashlight and your nose pressed against the glass.

On my Raptor I went with 20% 3M tint on ALL my windows and also did an eyebrow of 20% across the top of my windshield. The reason I did 20% on top of all the factory tinted windows is because I feel like the windows end up matching better from INSIDE the truck.

I know this is an older thread, but I went to a tint shop today and they put a light meter on the factory rear tinted glass; it read 22% light transmission. What are others doing for tint on the front, rear, and back glass?
