Haha almost touching??? I have so much clearance with these fenders and haven’t even done suspension yet. I bet you’re great at parties clown

Awesome to see work like this. I don't care what it is and whether it's my particular taste or not -- mods, imagination and execution are exciting to watch!! Anxious to watch this one make progress. :favorites13:

That’s a badass looking truck. I like the color choices.

Looks almost like the cartoonish stuby drawings.

I wanted it to look like a real life tonka truck but functional

just so you're prepared, When you do "jump it" after "suspension tweaks", I'll have a set of factory LEDs that you can buy from me. ($3000 FIRM)

Looks like you might have no more than 3-4" of up-travel before you pop the washer fluid reservoir and send the headlights flying. It also looks like those big tires and wheels increased your turning radius quite a bit (without considering what they'll rub on, which will increase it even more.)

I'm sure that your idea of "dirt" and my reality of "dirt" are very different, so I get the doubts.

I'll be running a 40x12.50r17 BFG KR3. The amount of clearance that we have to create is FAR more than you have, and my tires are a full 3" narrower. We're giving it a go with the +4/+4 fenders that I have on the truck, but we're going to switch my rig over to a one-piece front end, but not until the company who's glass I like the most releases theirs.

If you do jump that truck, please be honest about what happens when you do.

And for the record, linex-ing those fenders isnt going to save them from the degree of impact theyll see if you stuff those tires, or even kick up big rocks. My CF bodywork is linexed as well.

with 37s I ripped one of the OEM fender mounts. The rock impacts on the underside also spiderwebbed the CF regardless of the linex on the underside, and the PPF on the top side.

Can’t wait to see that. And yes once suspension is done I’ll update. I’ll take the criticism because yours is positive and will only make for a better build. Thanks
