Ok.. This is not Birds bumper this was for a customer who was in an accident and needed a bumper very fast. I dont have a raptor at the shop to put it on and take photos. So im sorry for the crappy photos taken with my phone yesterday before it shipped out. The customer assures me he will provide lots of pictures. But we did make some changes for this customer. Like someone posted in the thread we will make a bumper that you love. Well this is what the customer was looking for. It has mounts for 2 duallys on each side and for a 20" LED bar behind the screen. Its textured black and has a grey skid plate. Both top and bottom hoop are ring rolled and bent as one piece. We made sure the left and right hoops had a radius like you guys asked for. We also have a bump out bar. The customer wanted an upper hoop to protect a future light.

Cost: 1199.00$ - 10% forum discount = 1079.00$

Birds bumper will be done shortly and I know he will take lots of photos. Its a bit harder for us to get photos on trucks because there's not that many raptors in our area.

I like what I see. Can I see (whenever/if you get the chance) of the mounts for the Dually's?

I'm still not sold on those solid metal pieces to the left and right of the mesh in the middle, but the bumper itself looks great! I see a spot for my 20", I see the top hoop (I like the double-hoop) for the 40" and still looks like it's going to be pretty close inboard to the truck. That's awesome.

Still need some pictures of it ON the truck and I'm sure you'll have an order.

Thats the Raptero. Its a chase vehicle in the works for our RZR 900.

I wish I could get photos on the truck. We can do anything you want with those side plates. Maybe hang some drings there. Get rid of the inner 2 bars and make the center larger. Give me some ideas swoop.

You asked for it.

What if we took the twin bump out bar that you have for the upper 40" LED light and moved it to where you have the mesh and the solid steel plates that I was talking about earlier? You can make the main bumper closer to the truck and the only part that would be protruding would be the two "kick-out" bars to protect the light.

Then, the top of the bumper wouldn't need anything like the top hoop that it has now, thus, not blocking any of the grill and I think that it would be much smoother looking.

Now, where to mount the Dually's so that it looks all smooth and awesome? No idea. That's why I still want to see the current mounting options you have on that bumper in the pics for the Dually's. I have a set that I can send to you if you don't have a set there. I don't mind. PM me if you're interested and then I can just get them back from you when you make my bumper. :D Whichever.

Where would I run the 20" if we did that? No idea. I really like the idea of replacing the steel plates with the extra width of the 40", but I don't want to risk any structural integrity that those may provide? Perhaps I'll have to get another 40" to run them one-on-top-of-another and sell the 20"...

Who knows.

What do you think?

//EDIT//

Looking at the side profile picture some more, the 40" would have to be mounted pretty damn far back, recessed, into the rear of the bumper. Not sure if you'd be able to swing that (no idea). The top hoop on it looks really nice as is, so now I'm like damn... A 40" in the top with twin 20" below would be madness. Wire in both 20" bars to one AUX switch... I'd like to hear your opinion about the 40" mounted as I stated above. Is that possible do you think? Have two "kick-out" bars like the one upper bar (not the top hoop) even with the top and bottom of the mesh.

I can see what I am picturing, but not sure if I am explaining it right. I only have MSPAINT at work. ;)

I really like what I see with that bumper though. Hmm...need a test fit? Where you at again? ;)
