So it appears that I have a leak from the passenger side seal on my front axle, but why is it grease and not gear oil? I also have a leak between my transfer case and transmission. It’s leaking enough to leave drips on the driveway. Does the trans have an output seal? Are these areas prone to leaks with such low milage?

that first leak is dried up axle fluid. easy and inexpensive repair. i just changed that seal this past weekend. seal was in stock at a local auto parts. the 2nd not sure, is the oil coming from above the exhaust hanger?

yep passenger side axle seal, super common, but mine was like 80k. I also had front pinion seal recently at 105k, but not the transfer case / trans yet :)
