Why is "Jonathan" seeking access to my 2021 Raptor?

Had the same issue.
ultimately in my case the dealership provided the wrong vin number (my vin number) to another customer, and they repeatedly requested access because they thought it was theirs.

took a day of denying access and for the dealer to contact the other customer to get it squared away.
maybe contact your salesmen and ask if maybe its the same situation.

I assume you have already associated your Raptor with your Ford account. Originally when you send the request, you have to be in the truck and accept it from in the truck's sync.

If you want to give access to your truck to your “other person” and provide the ability to lock/unlock/remote start, they send the request and you have to approve access from your account. This is done by entering the VIN of the truck they want to access and associate with.

SOOOOO either it was a mistake by a person entering the wrong VIN or somebody was next to your truck trying to “trick you” into allowing access so mischief can occur before you may realize it was a mistake.
